Welcome to MTForkBWU! These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the MTForkBWU Challenge ("the Event"). By entering or participating in the Event, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

• Open to individuals aged 18 and over, or with parental/guardian permission if under 18.

• Open globally, unless restricted by local law.

2. Entry Submission

• Each participant may submit only one entry unless otherwise stated.

• Entries must be submitted in the specified format and within the given deadline.

• Late entries will not be considered.

3. Originality

• All entries must be original and created solely by the participant.

• Plagiarized or infringing content will result in disqualification.

• Use of generative AI tools for any aspect of the production process (modeling, textures, concepts, animations, etc.) is strictly prohibited.

• The design and execution must reflect the artist’s own vision, skill, and creativity.

• Any submission suspected of AI-assisted generation may be disqualified at the discretion of the organizers.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• Participants retain ownership of their submissions.

• By entering, you grant MTForkBWU organizers a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your work for promotional and marketing purposes, with attribution.

• MTForkBWU is a parody-based event. All entries should avoid the use of protected characters, logos, or direct visual imitations.

6. Judging & Prizes

• Judging criteria will include creativity, adherence to theme, technical skill, and presentation.

• Prizes will be awarded at the sole discretion of the judges.

• Prizes may be sponsored by third-party entities. Sponsors shall not be held responsible or liable for any disputes, issues, or claims arising from the competition, its outcomes, or the delivery of the prizes.

• Decisions are final and non-negotiable.

7. Disqualification

• Entries that contain offensive, hateful, or inappropriate content will be disqualified.

• Entries that violate the originality or AI usage policies will be rejected.

8. Liability

• MTForkBWU organizers and sponsors are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation.

• Entrants release organizers and sponsors from any liability arising from their entry or use of prizes.

9. Privacy

• Participant information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Amendments

• Organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the Event at any time with notice.
